Shipping & Policies

Please read the care instructions supplied with your purchase.

Please make payments via Paypal. 
(You do not need to have an account with Paypal to use this method of payment, or contact me to arrange another form of payment)
If payment is not received within 3 working days the order will not be processed.

Items will be shipped within 3-7 working days, of receiving payment.

Australian orders, up to 500g will be sent via parcel post at a flat rate of $12.00, unless an individual lower rate is automatically set for smaller items, or digital orders. (Please contact me, before you order, for a quote on postage for larger orders.) 

International orders, outside of Australia, will be sent via standard air mail. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery especially during the Christmas season.
Important: If ordering more than 1 item, or your order is over $20.00 AU, or you would like to track your parcel, please contact me for a quote before you order, as postage and tracking costs to destinations outside of Australia can be very high.

Please note: Although due care is taken when packaging items for shipping I can not be held responsible for loss or damage during shipping. 
Any extra charges in regards to customs is the responsibility of the buyer

I believe in supplying a quality product to my customers, but if there is any reason that the item you purchased doesn't meet your expectations please contact me with in 7 days of receiving your purchase. I am happy to exchange or refund (less shipping cost) once the item/s are returned, in their original condition. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
